Overnight oats are a full breakfast. It is useful for those people who do not eat breakfast in the morning because they "don't have time" and then come and eat the first thing they can find because they are starving.
It is a very rich breakfast that you can prepare the night before. It is also a healthy and nutritious breakfast. You need: 1 glass, a few ingredients and 5 minutes, now I show you how to do it!
1/2 cups oats
Fruit of your choice
1 tablespoons peanut butter
1/4 cup of granola
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cups almond milk
In a glass or glass jar, mix the oats, milk, peanut butter, cinnamon and honey. Cover it and leave it in the fridge overnight or at least a couple of hours so that the oatmeal softens and becomes creamy.
Serve with the ones you like the most, with banana, blueberries and more peanut butter.
Holds up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
