Ultimate Chocolate Cookies! 🍪

Yield: 24-30 Cookies

What You Need:

1 c. softened butter

1 c. granulated sugar

3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp. vanilla extract

2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour

1/3 c. cocoa powder

1 tsp. salt

1 1/2 c. M&M Mini baking bits

1 c. chopped walnuts (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 350F and lightly grease your cookie sheets.

  2. In a large bowl, cream butter and both light and dark sugars until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla and mix.

  3. In a separate bowl, sift flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt together. Slowly add to wet ingredients and mix well.

  4. Fold in the M&M’s and walnuts and chill for an hour, or overnight.

  5. Using a tablespoon sized cookie scoop, drop dough roughly 2 inches apart on your cookie sheets.

  6. Bake 7-9 minutes for chewy cookies, 10-12 for more crunchy cookies. Flip the sheets halfway through for an even bake!
