There are about a million ways to make lemon cucumber water, but here’s how I make it: 1/2 ljuiceemon 2 glasses of water 1/2 cucumber

Mix everything in a glass pitcher or a big enough water bottle, then drink. Optionally you could also blend the cucumber for more flavor. If you don’t like the cucumber chunks – go ahead and strain the drink. Additionally you can add herbs like mint or basil to make this healthy even more flavorful and nutrient-dense.
