Oatmeal Raisin Choco Chunk Cookies! SO Easy And Delicious!🍪

Not only are these delicious, they are easy to clean up! Only one bowl needed! What's better than that?! 😋💗👍

You will need:

-1 stick of butter/margarine

-2/3 c. firmly packed light brown sugar

-1/3 c. sugar

-1 tsp. vanilla

-1 large egg

-1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour

-1/2 tsp. baking soda

-1/2 tsp. salt

-1 c. (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips/morsels (I used chocolate almond bark chopped into chunks)

Optional: (I added everything very roughly and according to taste! I'll give you a variation, you can decide for yourself)

-1/2-1 c. oatmeal (I used about 1 c.)

-3 mini boxes of raisins

-1/2 c. chopped, toasted walnuts or pecans

I was out of vanilla and chocolate chips and it was late and didn't feel like going to the store so I just made do with what I had. I used about a square and a half of my chocolate almond bark, chopped into chunks. They still turned out so chewy with a little crunch just around the edge, yum! I made all different sizes and ended up with about 40 cookies! They're absolutely delicious! (Especially dipped some milk! 😃) Anyways! On to instructions! 😊

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line your baking sheets with parchment paper if you'd like!

  2. Melt butter in the bowl, and add in the sugars, vanilla and egg and mix until smooth.

  3. Fold in the flour, baking soda, salt, your chocolate of choice and any of the extra add-ins you'd like.

  4. Grab your trusty cookie scoop or drop by spoonful about 2 inches apart on your prepared sheets.

  5. I was extra and did a few different sized cookies but bake between 8-13 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the edges are just turning a nice golden brown, but the center is still light and a bit soft to the touch. They will firm up when they cool! Place them on a rack to cool and then enjoy!
