Smoothies are delicious and easy, just add all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix on high speed about 1 minute. Sirve immediately and enjoy!



Pineapple smoothie


1 cup vanilla yogurt

1 cup pineapple

6 ices cubes



Green smoothie


3 green apples

1 cucumber

1/4 lemon juice

1/2 ginger

Ice



Oats smoothie


1 frozen banana

1/2 oats

1 cup almond milk

Cinnamon



Chocolate smoothie


1 cup chocolate almond milk

1 tablespoon peanut butter

2 tablespoon cocoa

1 banana

Ice



Mixed berries smoothie


1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1 cup yogurt

Ice


You can use honey, coconut sugar, Stevia, to sweeten your smoothies!
